It is our mission to serve students of all backgrounds from our community. We strive to bring a sense of family and belonging for each child through our program. It is our ambition to have our teams work together to attain a common goal with the emphasis on “team” while striving to better the individual dancer at the same time. Confidence and self-esteem are life attributes that are developed and can improve all aspects of their lives. It is vital to our organization that our dancers be held to high standards and values through our program. We hope to enrich the lives of every dancer by promoting confidence, respect, discipline, and the love of dance.

Original Owners & Founders
NWP is proudly a very diverse organization that was developed in 2003. NWP spans areas from the north to the west including Harrison, Indiana, Colerain, Fairfield, Wyoming, White Oak, Bridgetown, and Cleves. NWP is a family business built on morals, values and modesty. Both Robyn and Kelly (sisters) took tap, jazz and ballet and performed numerous solos and choreographed for their dance studio. They were the captains of their middle school teams, Delhi Eaglettes, and then officers of their high school team, Oak Hills Oakettes. They earned Co- Directors of the Year in 2008 at Showcase of America. They have won numerous awards, including Best Marching Unit in 2008, 2011, 2012, 2018, WOW choreography awards, Show Your Spirit, Live Jamfest Grand Champions 2013 & 2014, 2013, 2014, 2016, Heartland Nationals Grand Champions, 2015 & 2016 Heartland High Pointe Award, US Finals Paid Bid Winners 2011-2016, US Finals Champions 2012, 2013, 2014. 2015, 2016 and 2013 & 2014 Overall US Finals Champions. 2017 National Hip hop Champions. 2018 National and Grand Champions, 2019 National Pom, Hip hop and Grand Champions. 2021 Grand Champions and Gold medalists. 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 Grand Champions, National Champions and Gold Medalists.

Personal Trainer: NWP Fitness
Kelly has been coaching at NWP for 23 years. She has four children, and four grandchildren. She resides in the Northwest Local School District. She was named the 2016 Ameridance Coach of the Year. She is passionate about dance, fitness and boxing. She is currently a Fitness Trainer certified by NASM and has developed a fitness space in her studio called NWP Fitness where she is taking on new clients, boxing students and athlete training.

Solo Coach
Mackenzie is a dedicated dance coach and proud alumni of NWP, where she danced for six years. She served as the Senior Captain during the 2021–22 season, showcasing strong leadership and passion for the sport. For the past two years, Mackenzie has coached the Mini Team, leading them to remarkable success, including winning Grand Champions and securing a Gold Medal. Her experience, commitment, and love for dance continue to inspire the next generation of performers.
CORI HARMEYER
Mini Coach
Cori has been around the NWP family for the last three years but she's so excited to start this new journey as a coach! She was a competitive cheerleader with Bright Stars Athletics for 13 years where she had the opportunity to help coach while she was there. She's also been a hairstylist for the past nine years, and loves helping people feel confident and express themselves. She can’t wait to bring that same energy to the studio and work with some amazing girls!
NICOLE GROPPENBECKER
Senior Team Coach
Nicole is an original member of NWP. She was senior captain in the 2008-2009 dance season leading the team to winning the Gold Medal with their clown hip hop routine. She was the John Graham Five Star recipient that year as well. She shares her passion for dance with her daughter Aubrey who dances for NWP. Nicole is so excited to be back with NWP, but this time coaching!!
Jessica loves kids and they easily fall in love with her. She danced with NWP for 14 years. She was Senior Captain in the 2017-18 season and helped lead her team to become National Grand Champions. She is now a mother to her sweet baby boy, Jax. She continues her love of dance by choreographing and coaching our soloists. We are always excited to have her fun loving spirit at the studio. Kids are drawn to her silly and childlike personality!

Youth Team Coach
Michele is a former youth coach and NWP alumni. She was a youth, junior
and senior captain for NWP. She currently teaches 2nd grade at Taylor Elementary where she enjoys touching the lives of her students. She is positive, encouraging and a blessing! So happy to have her back!
LIZ ANDERSON
Tiny Team Coach
Liz is an NWP Alumni. She loves this dance team and the sense of family that it brings. She also shares her love of dance with hter daughter Paisley who dances for NWP. Liz loves kids and cannot wait to show these tinies how much fun it is to be a dancer while adding the title of "Coach" to her resume. So happy to have her!
